INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

• The online application form is for admission in the programs offered by IIHMR University.
• Application Form Fee is Non-Refundable.
• No fee to be paid for the MPH Pre screening questionnaire/application.
• Application fee of international students to be paid along with Academic Fee.
• Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrolment is completed. Change in Email ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.
• The application form should be filled online and save it to take the printout.
•  IIHMR University Query Management System:
  Applicants are strongly advised to use the IIHMR University Query Management System (IIHMR University-QMS), rather than an email, to get a quick response.
